The largest cattle ranch in the US is on the big island. The Parker Ranch. This one was on Maui off the highway to Hana. A beautiful drive it takes about a half day to get there. It is only about 60 miles but has some very narrow driving in the mountains. Beautiful falls on one side with sheer cliff drops on the other. In many spots only one car at a time can get through.
